Your booking will be valid for the listed number of days, persons and specified services, only. Please note that arriving with more people than booked for will be charged (if capacity allows). In case that additional persons breach our maximum occupancy permits, the booking will be canceled and charged in full amount (no refund option).
In case the Offer suits you, please confirm your agreement by email as soon as possible, before the deposit payment.
The Booking confirmation will be sent upon receiving of the total deposit amount.
The deposit amount depends on the total amount of the Offer and the minimum is € 100 (regardless of the total amount).
When the total amount is over 400 €, the deposit amount is 25% at one time payment or in two installments of 15% – the first installment immediately and the other after 30 days (at least 45 days before arrival).
For reservations within 30 days, the deposit amount is 50% and the payment is one-time.
Important note: we do not accept deposit payment / refund charges.
Any cancellation must be done in writing, by email. Please note that we hold transaction fees. No refund for no show, delayed arrival or earlier departure.
-100% of deposit if the booking was cancelled more than 90 days before the scheduled arrival
– 75% of deposit if the booking was cancelled at least 90 days before arrival
– 50% of deposit if the booking was cancelled 45 – 89 days before arrival
– 25% of deposit if the booking was cancelled 30 – 44 days before arrival
NO refund if the reservation is canceled within 29 days.

Check in – from 13:00 – 21:00 (if necessary please check and announce the possibility of early/ later checking in)
Check out – from 00.00 – 10:00
Late check out is possible only upon agreement and can be delayed until 20:00 at the 50% of the daily price.
Discounts and supplements
Discounts for less people accommodated in a room / apartment can be approved only during the C season. For stays shorter than 3 nights the prices may increase by 15-25%, depending on occupancy and season.
We charge any significant damages to the rented capacity or related items, in the full amount required for repair or replacement.
The balance needs to be paid upon arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit cards but cash only – Kn or €. If necessary, the final calculation is made at the end of the stay (breakfast calculation and other services used during your stay).
